“A Winter’s Fest Eve”

Begin the holidays with “A Winter’s Fest Eve” at the Col. William Bond/Jesse Hawley House, 143 Ontario St. in Lockport. You’ll enjoy an evening of  music and holiday treats served up early-19th century style. All 12 rooms of the Bond-Hawley House will be decorated in period fashion for a family’s holiday season in Canal-era days and the house will be open for tours. Randy Andropolis and friends will perform Christmas music and carols, fest visitors can enjoy delicious holiday cookies and hot mulled cider, and children will find special activities just for them in the library. The Bond House is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Both the historic value and nostalgic atmosphere of the c.1823 home attracted national attention last holiday season with an article and photo spread in Early American magazine. We invite you to join in the festive celebration at the Bond-Hawley House on a “Winter’s Fest Eve!”
