SPEAKER LEE SIMONSON – “Six Times the World Was Saved from Nuclear Armageddon”

Beyond the publicly recognized incidents of nuclear close-calls, six incidents are virtually unknown by most of us. Lee Simonson, a past president of the Historical Association of Lewiston, will share these frightening events kept secret by years of government suppression and individuals sworn to secrecy. He’ll tell how a handful of brave military officers, some considered our enemies, prevented Armageddon to save our world.
