Belva Lockwood Girl Scout Badge Program – Girl Scouts of all levels can earn a badge featuring the Niagara County woman who ran for President in 1884 and actually received 4000 votes – from men!
Scouts must complete the age appropriate number of tasks from a list of 16 activities associated with the life and time period of Belva Lockwood, the first woman to argue a case in the U.S. Supreme Court in 1879.
